Before you buy

Explore the live demo and free starter to check that the approach fits your needs. Folio is an editable code template; familiarity with a text editor and basic build commands is helpful. Hosting, domain names, custom design and done-for-you deployment are separate.

Included support

We can clarify the supplied installation instructions and investigate reproducible defects in the purchased template version. Include your order ID, template version, relevant error message and a minimal reproduction. Do not send secrets, wallet seed phrases, private keys, production passwords or unrelated personal data. There is no guaranteed response-time commitment.

USDT exchange withdrawals

Create an order at automatic USDT checkout and save its order number and recovery code. Withdraw USDT over BNB Smart Chain (BEP20). The exact amount shown must arrive after exchange fees. Do not round or split the payment. The transfer must be mined before the order deadline; final confirmation can happen later. The server checks payments in the background and opens your download automatically after finality.

If the exchange cannot deliver the exact amount, do not send. For delayed, incorrect or unmatched payments, keep the original order and contact support with its order number and blockchain transaction hash. Do not send a second payment. The shop cannot control exchange withdrawal delays or fees.

Binance Pay orders

Create an order at Binance Pay checkout before paying. Save the order number and recovery code. Pay 19 USDT to the displayed recipient in Binance, then submit the payment reference from your Binance payment details. The seller confirms receipt manually; reporting a payment does not unlock the download.

Restore an order with its order number and recovery code to check confirmation and access files. If payment is still waiting, contact support with the order number and Binance payment reference. Do not pay again, send Binance login details, or share your recovery code. There is no guaranteed confirmation time.

BSC wallet payments

1. Use the same wallet that sent your payment and sign in again.
2. Check that the transaction succeeded on BSC with the exact token, recipient and amount shown in your order.
3. Keep the checkout page open while the server waits for chain finality, or return later. You can submit your transaction hash from the checkout order panel.
4. If the order is marked for review, use the support contact below with your order ID and transaction hash. Do not send another payment just to retry.

Underpayments, overpayments, late payments, unmatched transfers and unsupported account types are reviewed manually. A transaction appearing in a wallet does not by itself prove that the order is complete.

Refund policy

If you paid for Folio but cannot access the purchased files because of a delivery failure, or a material template defect cannot be resolved, contact support to request a refund. Accidental duplicate or incorrect payments are reviewed individually. A change of mind after obtaining a usable digital download is not automatically refundable, except where applicable law gives you that right.

Refunds require manual verification and are not automatic. Approved refunds are processed by the seller using the agreed payment channel, normally back to the verified payer. For self-custody BSC transfers, this is normally the verified sending address. Exchange withdrawal senders may be shared hot wallets: do not use them as a refund destination without verifying the buyer's supported refund address and required deposit instructions. Network fees already spent cannot be recovered; any proposed fee deduction or alternative refund arrangement must be explained before you accept it. No support representative needs a token allowance, seed phrase or private key to refund you.

For automatic USDT withdrawal orders, use Restore an existing order with the order number and recovery code. Keep both private and save them before clearing browser data.

For Binance Pay purchases, use Restore order with the order number and recovery code. Your browser keeps orders locally, but you should save the recovery details before clearing browser data or changing devices. Keep the recovery code private: anyone with it can access the order.

For purchases made through the BSC wallet checkout, sign in at Your downloads with the wallet that paid. If you lose the recovery code or access to the wallet, contact support with your order and payment reference; recovery cannot be guaranteed. Never send a seed phrase.

Binance Pay orders use manual confirmation. The separate BSC checkout supports ordinary self-custody wallets when enabled; use the separate automatic USDT withdrawal checkout for exchange payments.
