What your purchase includes
A one-time, non-exclusive license to use and modify the purchased version of Folio for your own websites and websites you build for clients, including commercial work. You receive editable source code, built static files, configuration examples, installation and deployment documentation, and this license.
You may
- Build and publish your own websites and client websites using Folio.
- Change its layout, styling and content to suit your project.
- Deliver a customized website and the files needed to maintain it to your client. The client may maintain that website under the same restrictions.
- Keep personal backups and remove the optional template credit from your published website.
You may not
- Resell or redistribute the original or modified template as a template, starter kit, theme or competing downloadable product.
- Share the template ZIP, license or purchase access with unrelated third parties.
- Publish the template source in a public repository as a reusable template or claim authorship of the original design and code.
Ownership
You retain ownership of your content, branding and original additions. DuskRain retains ownership of the original template. Third-party open-source packages remain governed by their own licenses. Original illustrations and layout assets supplied with Folio may be used as part of licensed websites.
Updates and support
The purchase covers the version shown at checkout. Installation guidance and fixes for reproducible defects in that version are included. Custom design, deployment services, custom feature work and unlimited revisions are not included. Future major releases are not promised. See the support and refund policy.
Digital delivery and payment
The current product page and checkout show the listed price. Automatic USDT withdrawal orders receive a discount of less than 0.01 USDT to allocate a unique exact payment amount. Exchange and network fees are separate; the amount shown on the invoice must arrive in full. Downloads open automatically after BSC finality and server verification. Keep the order number and recovery code to restore these orders. Binance Pay orders require manual confirmation by the seller before download access is granted; submitting a payment reference does not confirm receipt. Limitations
The template is provided as available. It does not guarantee traffic, customers, revenue, search ranking or compatibility with every hosting provider. You are responsible for your content and your deployment. These terms do not limit any rights or remedies that applicable law does not allow to be waived.
Privacy and site measurement
The shop stores orders, payment references and download entitlements to verify payments and deliver files. For Binance Pay and automatic USDT withdrawal orders, the server stores a hash of the recovery code; the browser keeps the order number and recovery code locally. The separate BSC checkout stores wallet addresses, sign-in challenges and sessions. First-party events measure visits, checkout starts, confirmed payments, failed downloads and refunds. The application does not collect raw IP addresses for analytics or use third-party analytics. Infrastructure access logs may be handled separately by the host.
Wallet addresses and on-chain transfers are public. Never place personal information in a transaction or share a private key or seed phrase with the shop. Contact the configured support channel to ask about your order or account data.
